Clair Cole

I qualified as an adult nurse in 2004, and in 2010 proceeded to complete my additional registration in paediatrics. I worked as a Sister in Accident and Emergency in Worcester for 6 years and before that as a staff nurse in the same department.

In 2015 I changed to Trauma and Orthopaedics to follow my passion and to train as an ANP, I left university with a Advancing Clinical practice qualification, I have continued my studies to include Joint aspirations and injections, for trauma and other painful conditions such as arthritis, I continue to use this skill within the GP setting

Working with children to ensure they are not afraid of the doctors is another passion of mine and I always have a supply of bubbles, to entertain them whilst treating them. My other areas of interest are Rheumatology along with Orthopaedics. I love working within the complex team that we have at SMC.

Outside of work I am married and have 2 daughters, the whole family is into Martial arts I especially love Daycanna Escrima. I am a keen singer and have performed locally in some places around Stourport and Kidderminster.
